We were extremely pleased with the services provided during our trip to Inverness. Willie Christie was simply a delight. He has a keen ability to determine the needs of the customer and made certain that these were met at every turn. The children and their spouses had such fun with him over last week and he truly made it a memorable trip for all. His knowledge of the area (including the best places to eat for lunch on both Monday and Wednesday) were much appreciated. We felt very comfortable having him take the lead as we traveled through the area. We only had interaction with Michael Kerr on Wednesday, but he was equally delightful. His knowledge of the area's history and ease with the customer made the long trip from Inverness to Edinburgh a pleasant one. Thank you again for assisting us with this memorable family vacation.

Michael was our guide who picked us up in a very comfortable Mercedes van promptly at 9:00 am. He was very knowledgeable, informative and filled with local stories. He made great Outlander references and was informative with fun facts about Outlander! My husband was eager to trying on a kilt and Michael directed us to a beautiful store where they sold kilts and other Scottish apparel.
