The Original Beatles Walking Tour
I already mentioned them and could add many more. The beauty of traveling is discovering places.
Liverpool is a city I reached by train, spectacular, from London, less than 3 hours of travel, seeing how all the countryside is cultivated and passing through very tidy towns. The city is meant to be explored by bus, subway, and especially on foot; I arrived in the first days of June, and the weather was very pleasant, a good time to go. It was an invitation from my son; we were both interested in seeing everything related to the Beatles, the house where John and Paul were born, Strawberry Field, the barber shop, now abandoned on Penny Lane, St. Peter's Church where Eleanor Rigby's grave is, a song that John and Paul composed with her name. The Cavern, the original place, 10 Mathew Street, no longer exists, but there are still several pubs with their music and a lot of activity. On the other hand. The Anglican Cathedral of Liverpool, the largest in the entire United Kingdom, which began construction in 1904 and was completed in 1978, and the longest in the world, is splendid, worthy of being visited. Chinatown, the first to be established in Europe. Walking along the banks of the River Mersey. The World Museum, with free admission, featuring an impressive display of archaeological collections of Egyptian Mummies, among other very interesting rooms. The Tate Museum, which is temporarily located in the Riba North Building, on Mann Island, the central maritime area of Liverpool. In short, Liverpool is very rich and diverse; my way of getting to know it was through a common bus app that takes you everywhere, allowing you to explore the suburbs with those charming little houses all built the same, perfect for walking through their streets. The app for navigating by bus (which is also useful for other cities in Europe) is: CITYMAPPER. What more can I say? It was a beautiful experience.

Liverpool Film and Music - 2 hour Private Walking Tour
Fantastic Tours and Excursions with the Best Guides! Highly Recommended!
In October, I was the leader of a group teenagers (20 kids aged 14 and 15) who went to Liverpool on a language immersion program to learn English. We spent three weeks in the city, and during that time the Daytripper team were our guides almost every afternoon. They showed us the city of Liverpool through several tours: the cathedrals, the Baltic Triangle, its museums (World Museum, Walker Art Gallery and Library, Museum of Liverpool) and revealed the city’s fascinating musical and cinematic history with the Music and Film tour. We also went on excursions with them to Wales (Conway & Llandudno), Chester, and Manchester. Every single tour and excursion was very well organized, dynamic and very interesting. The guides knew exactly how to keep the teenagers engaged, they were very professional and charming. My group thoroughly enjoyed everything. Dani and Kyle were our main guides and couldn’t have done a better job: patient, caring, funny ; my students were thrilled with them, they were the perfect guides. Sim and Hanna were with us on some tours and they were also great! I have been a group leader in different cities with many groups of teenagers and have worked with a lot of guides and agencies, and I can honestly say that Daytripper were the best. I recommend them 100%. Thank you so much, guys! The English experience for my students was amazing thanks to you.

Private Liverpool City Tour – Waterfront, Culture & Views
Extremely knowledgeable, personable and fun
I can't rate this tour highly enough. Our group included 2 young children, a teenager and some elderly adults with mobility issues. The trip was part of my Mum's 80th birthday celebration and James, our guide and Dan, the driver were amazing. They immediately made everyone feel at ease and valued. The luxury minibus was great, spacious and Dan did a great job of working with James to provide a seamless experience. James' knowledge of Liverpool history, pop culture and social aspects is second to none. He is really flexible in his approach and worked with us, using our feedback to adapt the tour to what was most appreciated - no scripts here - just deep knowledge coupled with a lovely way of interacting with people. I highly recommend.
