Bus
If you are in Leeds city centre, head to the main bus station located at Dyer Street. Look for buses heading to Sheffield, which are operated by various companies, including National Express and Stagecoach. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Sheffield Interchange, exit the bus station and follow the signs to the City Centre. Walk down Pinstone Street, and you will find Sheffield Town Hall on your left.
Train
Make your way to Leeds Train Station, which is located at New Station Street. Purchase a ticket to Sheffield. Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes, and the journey takes around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Sheffield Train Station, exit the station and head towards the city centre. Walk along Sheaf Street, then take a left onto Pinstone Street. Sheffield Town Hall will be located on your right.
Walking
If you are already in the city centre of Leeds, you can walk to the bus or train stations to catch transport to Sheffield. Walking to the bus station at Dyer Street takes about 10-15 minutes from the main shopping areas. Alternatively, if you prefer walking, you can explore the city and head towards the train station to catch a train to Sheffield. The journey might be longer, but it can be a pleasant way to see the sights.
