Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Llandudno, start by heading south on the A470 towards Colwyn Bay. After approximately 3 miles, take the exit for the A55 which is signposted for Chester. Continue on the A55 for about 2 miles, then take the exit for Rhos on Sea (A547). Follow the A547 into Rhos on Sea, then turn right onto Tan-Y-Bryn Road. The entrance to Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve will be on your left. There is no parking fee, but be mindful of parking restrictions along the road.

  • Public Transportation

    From Llandudno, you can take the Arriva Cymru bus service (number 19) towards Colwyn Bay. The bus will take you along the coastline, and you should disembark at the stop for Rhos on Sea, which is approximately a 20-minute journey. After getting off the bus, walk down the road towards Tan-Y-Bryn Road. Turn right onto Tan-Y-Bryn Road and you will find the entrance to Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve after a short walk. A single bus fare is around £2.50, but check for any updates on fares or schedules.

    If you're already in Rhos on Sea, you can walk to Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve. Head south on the promenade until you reach the end of the beach. From there, turn left onto the A547 and walk until you reach Tan-Y-Bryn Road. Turn right onto Tan-Y-Bryn Road, and the entrance to the Nature Reserve will be on your left. The walk is approximately 1 mile and should take about 20-30 minutes. This is a pleasant route with scenic views, so take your time!
