Venue Cymru prioritizes accessibility across all aspects of the visitor experience. The building features wheelchair access from both the car park and promenade entrances, with lift access to all seating levels and dedicated wheelchair spaces within the auditorium. The venue provides accessible toilets on all levels, accessible parking with 18 designated disabled bays offering free parking for blue badge holders, and drop-off facilities at the main entrance. For patrons with hearing loss, the venue operates Sennheiser MobileConnect, an innovative system delivering live performance audio via headphones or neck loops from any auditorium location. Early entry arrangements can be made for those requiring additional time to access performance spaces, and the venue participates in the Hynt scheme, offering companion tickets and support for visitors with access requirements.Strategic Location and Transport Connectivity
