Lovely experience - tried loads of world chocolates and made three lots which we brought away. Our instructor (lady) was knowledgeable and nicely instructive. She was also patient with me who lacked finesse.

Surprise Hen Party for the BRIDE!!!!!!!!!! Sweet deal is what we went for and I believe the deal was well worth every penny. We also booked the CAVE private function room. Although disaster averted, we had enough time to decorate before the bride arrived. this secret was kept for a full 11th months in the making and all my agent a true hats off for not spilling the beans, who said women cant keep a secret. We were the secret society SS. Bride delivered on time by Agent NBC a great big thanks We were all very competitive including the bride to be. It was so much fun sabotaging, butter stealing and pinching ideas. Yep baking a cake and decorating it haha. Bride and her good friend came 3rd. We could actual take our cakes home. Who wouldnt they tasted great!!!!!!!!!! I would like to thank the staff at East London bakes for making this a memorable days for everyone to remember for a very long time. Would recommend this for families, cooperate functions and team building. Big thank you to the lady behind the bar who supported us through the evening.

Brilliant experience, my friend and I loved it and had such fun with Paul our Chocolatier who was so knowledgeable and patient with us. Only 4 in the group so nothing was rushed and we learnt and tasted lots and of course took our bon bons home! Thoroughly recommend
