Travel Guide to Islington Green

Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Middlesex, take the A40 towards central London. Follow signs for the North Circular Road (A406) and then take the A1 towards Central London. Continue on the A1 until you reach Upper Street. Islington Green will be on your right. Parking is limited in the area, so be prepared to find a nearby parking facility or use street parking where available, which may incur additional costs.

• Public Transportation - Train

  If you prefer the train, make your way to your nearest train station and take a train to King's Cross Station. From King's Cross, transfer to the London Underground and take the Victoria Line (light blue) towards Brixton. Get off at Highbury & Islington Station. From the station, it’s a short 15-minute walk to Islington Green.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  Alternatively, you can take a bus from your location in Middlesex. Check local bus services to see if there's a direct route to Islington. Many buses that go towards Central London will stop near Islington Green. For example, you could take the 4, 19, or 30 buses which all stop nearby. Make sure to check the Transport for London website for updated routes and schedules.

• Public Transportation - Tube

  If you are near a London Underground station, you can take the Piccadilly Line (dark blue) towards Cockfosters and change at Covent Garden for the Northern Line (black line) towards Highbury & Islington. Alight at Highbury & Islington Station and walk approximately 15 minutes to reach Islington Green.
