Private Belfast St Patrick’s Trail & Hillsborough Castle Tour

A Fantastic Tour with Martin

We had a great day with Martin. He knows Northern Ireland really well and shared a lot of interesting stories and history without making it feel like a history lesson. He also answered all our questions and was happy to adjust the tour based on what we were interested in. We really enjoyed learning about St Patrick and visiting Downpatrick, and the drive through the countryside was beautiful. There was plenty to see, but the day never felt rushed. We had enough time at each stop and could enjoy everything at our own pace. The Mercedes was comfortable, and having water and snacks in the car was a nice touch. Martin also made the whole day easy, especially with pickup and timing around our cruise schedule. We’d definitely recommend this tour if you’re visiting Belfast and want a private shore excursion with a friendly local guide and a flexible pace.

From Belfast: Private Mourne Mountains Scenic Day Tour

Hidden Gem-County Down Experience

Our tour through Newcastle, County Down, the Mourne Mountains, Silent Valley, Tollymore Forest Park, and Rostrevor was an absolutely incredible experience. The scenery was stunning at every stop, from the majestic Mourne Mountains to the peaceful beauty of Silent Valley, the enchanting woodland trails of Tollymore Forest Park, and the charming seaside atmosphere of Newcastle and Rostrevor. Bonus- we even got to see stone walls my mom wanted to see so bad! The highlight of the day was our guide, Steven. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the history, culture, and natural beauty of the area, and his passion for Northern Ireland was evident throughout the tour. What really stood out was how he tailored the visit to suit our interests and pace, making the experience feel personal rather than rushed. Steven shared fascinating local stories, pointed out places we would never have found on our own, and ensured we had plenty of time to enjoy the spectacular views and take photos. His friendly, professional approach made the day both relaxing and informative. If you're looking for a tour that showcases the breathtaking beauty of County Down while offering a personalized experience, this is the one to book. A huge thank you to Steven for making our day so memorable—we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended!

Beamish the Living Museum of the North Private Tour

A totally unique experience

If you enjoy history, or just a step back in time this huge place with lovingly preserved towns, industry and farms from 1900's to 1950's, all full of wonderful detail is definitely the place to visit. It's a great location, no modern buildings are viewable from the site making it a truly authentic and immersive experience. Lots of toilets and places to eat, the fish and chip shops did get busy. Plenty of trams and buses, although they do get full quick. The biggest downside is that there is too much to do in one visit, there is a yearly pass available. I'm sure that it won't fail to impress.
