Signature dishes include pappardelle with 12-hour beef shin ragù—featuring tender, melt-in-the-mouth beef in a deep, rich tomato sauce—and pappardelle with nduja, mascarpone and lemon, offering a balance of spice, creaminess, and brightness. The bucatini cacio e pepe delivers perfectly al dente pasta loaded with creamy cheese and cracked pepper.
