    If you are driving from Peebles, head northeast on the A703 towards Edinburgh. Continue on the A703 for approximately 20 miles. As you approach Edinburgh, follow signs for the city center. Merge onto the A720 (City Bypass) and take the exit for the A701 towards Tollcross. Continue straight until you reach the junction with George Square. You will find George Square on your right. There are parking options available nearby, so look for the nearest car parks as you enter the area.

    To reach George Square using public transport, start by taking a bus from Peebles to Edinburgh. You can catch the number 62 or 62A bus from Peebles bus station. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes, and buses run frequently. Once you arrive at the Edinburgh Bus Station, exit onto St. Andrew Square. From there, you can either walk to George Square, which is about a 15-minute walk straight down South St. David Street, or you can catch a tram from St. Andrew Square tram stop heading towards York Place. Get off at the next stop and walk south towards George Square.
