A private tour of Black Isle with Tony
This was a great tour and our guide, Tony, was the best. It was a private tour, just 3 of us, so he was able to make the tour personal. He showed us places that the big buses can't go. He treated us to Scottish treats, even a homemade one made by his mother! We all said this was our favorite tour because of Tony! Now we are hoping to go back someday and will definitely use Tony to show us other parts of beautiful Scotland!

Legendary Tour of the Black Isle from Inverness or Invergordon
Knowledgeable and Flexible Tour Guide
Johnny was waiting for us just outside the port entry on a very rainy and blustery day. He quickly let us know that the tour itinerary was not suitable for the bad weather and suggested going to the Castle as an alternative. Since my husband loves a good castle, we quickly accepted. It was a great choice! Johnny also went out of his way and extended the tour to be sure we saw as much of the area as possible, stopping to allow us to get pictures. It is recommended that keeping an attentive ear to Johnny’s tour descriptions is required as his Highland dialect is quite different from American English, but also a part of his charm. We are very grateful to Johnny for the quick adaptation to the tour plans as it allowed what initially seemed like a bleak day to one we thoroughly enjoyed!
