Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the center of Ross-shire, take the A862 towards Inverness. After approximately 15 miles, merge onto the A9 towards Inverness. Continue on the A9 for about 5 miles, then take the exit towards the A82. Follow signs for Inverness City Centre. Once in Inverness, follow the signs for Bught Park. Whin Park is located on Bught Road, directly adjacent to Bught Park. There is parking available near the park, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  From various locations in Ross-shire, you can catch a bus to Inverness. Look for routes operated by Stagecoach or other local bus services that head towards Inverness City Centre. The journey usually takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at the bus station in Inverness, you can either walk to Whin Park (about a 20-minute walk) or catch a local bus that stops near Bught Road. Check the local bus schedule for the most accurate times and routes.

• Public Transportation - Train

  If you are near a train station in Ross-shire, you can take a train to Inverness. The train journey takes around 20-30 minutes. Upon arriving at Inverness train station, exit the station and head towards the bus station or walk to Whin Park, which is about a 30-minute walk. If you choose to walk, head southwest on Academy Street, then follow signs to Bught Park. Whin Park will be on your right.
