Walking
If you are in the city center, start at the Sheffield Town Hall, located at Barkers Pool. From there, head south on Pinstone Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the A61, also known as Arundel Gate. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Broad Lane. Turn right onto Broad Lane, then continue straight until you reach the next roundabout. Take the first exit onto South Street. The Commonwealth Bench will be on your right side, located at South St, Sheffield S2 5PN.

From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop, which is likely located on Charter Square. Look for bus services that head towards the South Street area, such as routes 75 or 76. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the stop nearest to South Street. Once you get off, walk a short distance down South Street, and you will find the Commonwealth Bench located at South St, Sheffield S2 5PN.

Make your way to the nearest tram stop, which could be at Cathedral or Fitzalan Square. Take a tram heading towards Meadowhall or Middlewood. Alight at the stop called 'Shalesmoor.'
