Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Sheffield city centre, head towards the Cathedral. From there, walk along Church Street and turn onto Fargate, which will lead you straight to the Peace Gardens. Continue past the Peace Gardens and head towards the end of the gardens where you’ll see the Town Hall. From the Town Hall, take the exit towards Pinstone Street and follow it until you reach the roundabout. Cross over the road towards the Sheffield Hallam University. Follow signs for Arundel Gate, which will lead you towards the bus station. Keep walking straight until you see the sign for the University of Sheffield. Continue walking along this road until you reach Western Bank. The Arts Tower will be located on your left at Western Bank, Sheffield S10 2TN.

  • Bus

    If you're near the city centre, walk to the Sheffield Interchange bus station. You can catch bus numbers 51, 52, or 120 that head towards the University of Sheffield. After boarding, stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and disembark at the stop named 'Western Bank'. From this stop, you will see the Arts Tower directly in front of you. It’s a tall, distinctive building that is hard to miss.

  • Tram

    Make your way to the nearest tram stop in the city centre, such as the Cathedral tram stop. Board a tram heading towards the 'Universities' direction. Travel for approximately 10 minutes and alight at the 'University of Sheffield' stop. From there, you should see signs for the Arts Tower. Walk along the path towards Western Bank, and the Arts Tower will be on your left-hand side.
