From the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon, head towards the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Proceed along the River Avon, taking the path that leads you towards the south. Follow the river until you reach the tram lines. At the tram lines, turn left and continue walking. Follow the signs for the A439, which will lead you towards the main road. Once you reach the A439, continue walking straight. After approximately 20 minutes, you will enter Burford. Burford Library is located at 86 High St, Burford OX18 4QF, just a short walk from the main road.

From the main bus station in Stratford-upon-Avon, purchase a ticket for a bus heading towards Burford. The bus route you would be looking for is the one that connects to the A40. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you reach Burford, disembark at the main bus stop. Walk straight along High Street for about 5 minutes and you will find Burford Library at 86 High St, Burford OX18 4QF.
