From central Surrey, take the A3 highway towards London. Continue on the A3 until you reach the A202 exit towards Central London. Merge onto the A202 and follow signs for the A2. Take the A2 exit towards Greenwich. Continue on the A2 and take the exit towards Blackheath. Follow Blackheath Ave until you see the Royal Observatory on your right. There is parking available nearby.

Once at London Bridge, transfer to the Southeastern train towards Dartford and get off at Greenwich station. From Greenwich station, you can take bus 188 or 199 towards North Greenwich. Get off at the 'Royal Observatory' stop. The observatory is a short walk from the bus stop, following the signs.
