By car
From Lowestoft town centre, follow signs for Oulton Broad and Ivy Lane. The Crooked Barn is located within Ivy House Country Hotel, with dedicated parking on-site. The drive takes around 5–10 minutes from the town centre, depending on traffic.
By public transport
From Lowestoft railway station, take a local bus towards Oulton Broad and alight near Ivy Lane, then walk about 10–15 minutes to the hotel. Taxis are also available from the station and take roughly 5–10 minutes to reach the venue.
On foot
From Oulton Broad, it’s a pleasant 20–25 minute walk along quiet country lanes and footpaths to Ivy House Country Hotel. The route is mostly flat and suitable for casual walkers, with views of the Broads and surrounding countryside.
