If you are driving from Whitby, start by heading south on New Quay Road (A171). After about 1 mile, turn left onto Low Lane. Continue on Low Lane for approximately 0.5 miles. You will find Mulgrave Castle on your left. There is limited parking available near the castle, so plan accordingly.

From Whitby bus station, take the number 99 bus towards Sleights. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop for Low Lane. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes down Low Lane, and you will arrive at Mulgrave Castle. Please check the local bus schedule for the latest timings.
