By Car
Cathedral Square is accessible by car with a nearby NCP car park offering 350 spaces. It is approximately a 5-minute drive from junction 7 of the M5 motorway. Parking fees start at £2.00 for the first hour, with early bird rates available for arrivals between 6:30am and 9:30am. Note that some blue badge bays are available but access to lifts involves steps.
By Bus
A bus stop opposite Worcester Cathedral serves Cathedral Square with multiple routes including 26, 27, 32, 32A, 44, 44A, 44C, 44D, 303, 309, 332, 333, 349, 350, 363, 382, 550, 551, and X50. Buses run frequently throughout the day, providing convenient public transport access.
By Train
The nearest railway station is Worcester Foregate Street, served by Great Western Railway and London Midland trains. From the station, Cathedral Square is about a 10-15 minute walk through Worcester’s city centre, offering a pleasant urban stroll.
On Foot
If you are already in Worcester city centre, Cathedral Square is easily reachable on foot. The pedestrian-friendly streets around High Street, Pump Street, and College Street provide a safe and accessible walking environment, suitable for all visitors.
