Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from the York Minster, head south on Minster Yard towards Deangate. Continue straight onto Ogleforth and then turn left onto High Petergate. Follow High Petergate as it becomes Stonegate, and continue straight until you reach Coney Street. Turn right onto Coney Street and cross the bridge over the River Ouse. After crossing, turn left onto Bridge Street, and you will see the Merchant Exchange at 1 Bridge St, York YO1 6DD, which is the location of York Beach.

  From York Railway Station, exit the station and head to the bus stop located just outside. Look for the 'York City Sightseeing' bus or any local bus heading towards the city centre.
