Incredible family fun with the Dracula Play at the ruins.

🏰 Whitby Abbey — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic family day out – Dracula experience was brilliant! We visited Whitby Abbey as a family of four and had a wonderful afternoon. Entry was only around £30 for our family, which we felt was excellent value, particularly as the ticket included the museum, abbey ruins and the special live Dracula performance. The Dracula performance was absolutely fantastic. It was interactive, funny, atmospheric and very family-friendly. Rather than simply watching a performance, we were taken around different parts of the abbey ruins and encountered the actors and different scenes as the story unfolded. It lasted well over 90 minutes and was genuinely one of the highlights of our holiday. The girls particularly loved the gothic atmosphere and the whole experience brought the history and Dracula connection to life in such an entertaining way. The abbey itself is spectacular, with incredible views over Whitby and the coastline, and there was plenty to explore between the museum, ruins and grounds. For the price we paid, we honestly couldn't fault the value. Highly recommended, especially if the Dracula experience is running. It was brilliant and absolutely worth every penny! 🧛‍♂️🖤

Our wonderful tour guide Richard was so knowledgable of the area and showed us a wonderful blend of both historical landmarks and beautiful villages. We had such a great time the time flew by and we are very grateful for our experience and for Richard's insight and knowledge. Would do this tour again in a minute.

Was great to walk at own pace and have an individual tour by some who knew the local area and history. As the tour used your allocation you could stop and look around and when you moved on the tour continued. Very easy to follow as directed where to go with very clear directions. Very enjoyable
