Continue to drive until you reach the intersection with Avenida Libertador, and take a left turn. Follow Avenida Libertador until you reach the entrance of Parque Batlle. From there, follow the signs leading to Cerro de Montevideo. There is a parking area available near the summit, but it may incur a small fee depending on the time of day.
