Car
If you are driving, start by getting onto Route 9 from your current location in Central Region. Follow Route 9 towards the coast and merge onto Route 15 towards Punta del Diablo. Continue on Route 15 until you reach Punta del Diablo. The Monumento A Artigas is located at XF48+685, which is in the center of Punta del Diablo. Look for parking in the vicinity as street parking can be limited.
