From the center of Cerro Arequita, head northeast on Ruta 8 for approximately 9 kilometers. You will pass through a scenic landscape of rolling hills and small farms. Continue until you reach a small intersection where you will see a sign for Monte De Ombú. Turn left onto the dirt road and follow it for about 1 kilometer until you reach the entrance of Monte De Ombú. Note that the road may be unpaved, so exercise caution if driving a standard vehicle.

From the main square in Cerro Arequita, take a local bus heading towards Vejigas. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you are going to Monte De Ombú; they can drop you off at the nearest point to the park entrance. From there, it’s a short 1 km walk to the entrance.
