If you are at the Colonia del Sacramento Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head southwest on Avenida General Flores. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Manuel Lobo. Turn left onto Manuel Lobo and walk for about 500 meters. Plaza 1811 will be on your right, marked by a large open space with trees and seating.
