Walking
From the center of Real de San Carlos, start at the main plaza, Plaza de las Victorias. Walk towards the east along Avenida de los Trabajadores, which will take you past the Hotel Colonia and several local shops. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle de los Cañones. Turn left onto Calle de los Cañones and proceed for another 200 meters. You will see the Colonia Monument on your right, just past the intersection with Calle de la Playa.
