To reach Anchorena National Park by car from Colonia, start by heading northeast on Avenida Artigas towards Ruta 1. Continue on Ruta 1 for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Ruta 21. Turn left onto Ruta 21 and continue for another 20 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Cam. Aaron de Anchorena, where you will turn right. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you arrive at Anchorena National Park. The park entrance is well-marked. Note that there may be a small entrance fee, so have some cash ready.

Public Transportation
To get to Anchorena National Park using public transportation, start at the Colonia bus terminal. Look for buses heading to the town of Nueva Helvecia, as these will pass close to the park.
