Turn left on Route 1 and drive for approximately 12 km. Take the exit toward Ruta 21/Colonia del Sacramento and merge onto Ruta 21. Follow this road for about 8 km. Look for signs indicating Cam. Aaron de Anchorena; turn right onto this road and follow it for around 3 km until you see the entrance to Anchorena National Park on your left. Make sure to have some cash on hand, as there may be a small entrance fee.
