If you are traveling by car, head towards the historic district of Colonia del Sacramento. From the center of Colonia, drive towards Avenida General Flores. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Manuel de Lobo. Turn right onto Calle Manuel de Lobo, and you will find Puerta de la ciudadela at number 242 on your left.
