    From Cuchilla Grande, head southwest on Route 10 (Ruta 10) towards the town of Maldonado. Continue on Route 10 for approximately 14 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 39 (Ruta 39). Take a left turn onto Route 39 and drive for about 7 kilometers. You will then see signs for Arboretum Lussich. Turn right onto Av. Antonio Lussich and follow the road for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance at Av. Antonio Lussich 100. Parking is available on-site.
