Montevideo - 100% Private Full Day Tour

Perfect day in Montevideo! A 10 out of 10.

Our full-day private tour of Montevideo with Marcos, from VerdeAzul, was the perfect introduction to the city during our 6-day visit. Marcos’ extensive knowledge of Montevideo, combined with his passion for history and the arts, made the experience both informative and engaging. You can truly feel his love for the city in every story he shares. He was punctual, professional, and expertly navigated the city, ensuring we made the most of our time. The added convenience of Wi-Fi in the car was a nice touch, and his recommendation for lunch at El Puerto was spot on! Marcos was attentive to our needs throughout the day, making us feel well taken care of. If you’re visiting Montevideo, I highly recommend booking this tour. It’s an experience you won’t regret!

Montevideo Private Full Day Tour from Buenos Aires

An enjoyable day in Montevideo

Everything on this tour went smoothly, from the pre communication to to hotel pick up, the ferry and the guide Beatrice, waiting for me in Uruguay. She was so knowledgeable and such a passionate advocate for her city that you can't help but want to go back some day. That is the sign of a memorable trip.

Urban Bike Rental in Montevideo

Lovely Time Enjoying the Fresh Air and Biking around Montevideo.

The bike rack was quick & easy to find, but it was not at first clear who was responsible for it. Once we went into the shop near it, we found the man responsible and everything went smoothly. Back tire on one of our bikes was low and we had to add air at a gas station. Also, the seat kept falling down until we figured out how to tighten it better. Chain came off once as well. No major issues, just small annoyances. Enjoyed 3 1/2 hours of lovely biking along the ocean as well as through town. Good bike locks. Owner was very friendly.
