From Maldonado city center, head to the main bus terminal (Terminal de Ómnibus de Maldonado). Look for the bus line that goes to Punta del Este and ask for a stop near Av. Antonio Lussich. Buses to Punta del Este are frequent, and the ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the stop, walk along Av. Antonio Lussich for approximately 10 minutes until you arrive at the Arboretum.
