Walking
From the center of Maldonado, start at Plaza Independencia. Head south on Calle 25 de Mayo until you reach the intersection with Avenida Aiguá. Turn left onto Avenida Aiguá and continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Continue until you see a sign for Cerro San Antonio. At this point, you will need to turn right onto a smaller road that leads up the hill. Follow this road for about 500 meters until you reach the base of Cerro San Antonio.
