If you are driving from downtown Montevideo, head east on Avenida 18 de Julio and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rambla de Montevideo. Turn right onto the Rambla and drive along the waterfront. Keep following the Rambla until you reach Rambla República de México. Plaza Virgilio will be on your left at the address Rambla República de México 5535. There is usually ample street parking available, but be aware of local parking regulations.
