If you are already in Carrasco, simply head towards the Rambla. Begin by locating the nearest street that leads to the waterfront. Walk towards the coast until you reach the Rambla República de México. Once you reach the Rambla, head west along the waterfront path. Keep walking for about 10-15 minutes, and you will see Plaza Virgilio on your left at Rambla República de México 5535.
Bus
You can take the local bus to reach Plaza Virgilio. Look for bus lines that run along Avenida Italia or nearby streets. The most common bus lines are '174' or '185'. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Plaza Virgilio. It should take approximately 10-20 minutes depending on traffic. The fare for the bus is around 40 pesos. Once you get off, walk towards the Rambla and you will find the Plaza nearby.
