To reach the Mirador panorámico de la Intendencia de Montevideo, you can take any bus that stops at 'Calle Soriano' or 'Plaza Independencia'. From Plaza Independencia, walk to Calle Soriano and head towards Soriano 1372. The observation deck is located on the roof of the Intendencia (City Hall) building, which is easily recognizable.

If you're in the Ciudad Vieja area, simply head towards Plaza Independencia. From there, walk along Avenida 18 de Julio towards the Centro area. Turn left onto Calle Soriano and proceed until you reach the intersection with S. José. The entrance to the Mirador is at Soriano 1372, on top of the Intendencia.
