Walking
If you are in the heart of Punta Carretas, begin your journey by heading towards the coast. From the Punta Carretas Shopping Center, exit onto Avenida 18 de Julio, and walk towards the east. Continue along this main road until you reach the Rambla de Montevideo. This walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the Rambla, turn left and walk along the waterfront until you arrive at Rambla Park, which is directly located at address 3RCP+QGW.
Public Bus
For a more convenient option, you can take a public bus. From anywhere in Punta Carretas, find a bus stop along the main avenues where buses frequently pass. Buses like 'Line 410' and 'Line 500' head towards the coast. You’ll need to pay around 40 Uruguayan Pesos (approximately $1 USD) for a single trip. Ask the bus driver or fellow passengers for the stop closest to Rambla Park. Once you disembark, it will be a short walk to the park.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Punta Carretas. Use the bike lanes along Avenida 18 de Julio and head towards the Rambla. Once you reach the waterfront, cycle along the Rambla until you reach Rambla Park. This route is scenic and offers beautiful views of the coastline.
