Walking
If you are in the Punta Carretas neighborhood, head towards the coast on Avenida Brasil. Walk south until you reach the intersection with Calle 21 de Setiembre. Turn left on Calle 21 de Setiembre and continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the first exit onto Avenida del Libertador. Continue straight for another 5 minutes, and you will see Parque de las Instrucciones del Año XIII on your left at Lago del 11200.

You can take the local bus to get to Parque de las Instrucciones del Año XIII. From any point in Punta Carretas, find the nearest bus stop and look for bus lines 142 or 175. Board the bus and pay the fare (approximately 40 UYU). Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop 'Lago del 11200'. Once you get off, walk towards the park, which will be just a short walk away.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Punta Carretas. Head towards the coastal promenade known as Rambla de Montevideo and cycle along the coast.
