Car
If you're driving from the city of Salto, head southeast on Route 3 towards Route 1. Continue on Route 1 until you reach the intersection with Route 9. Take Route 9 south towards the town of Pan de Azúcar. Once in Pan de Azúcar, follow the signs directing you to Route 10 and continue towards the town of Piriápolis. From Piriápolis, take the road that leads to Cerro Catedral, which is about a 30-minute drive. Be prepared for possible tolls along Route 1.
