If you're driving from Piedras Blancas, start by heading southwest on Av. de las Instrucciones towards Av. José Belloni. Continue straight onto Av. José Belloni. After about 10 minutes, merge onto Av. 18 de Julio, which will lead you towards the city center of Montevideo. Follow Av. 18 de Julio until you reach Plaza Independencia. Palacio Salvo is located at Pl. Independencia 848, right next to the iconic Solis Theatre.
