Walking
From the central part of Punta del Este, head towards the coastline on Avenida Gorlero. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 27. Turn left onto Calle 27 and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida Francisco Salazar. Continue on this road, which will turn into Ruta 10. After approximately 1.5 km, you will see signs for Cerro San Antonio. Follow the signs to the parking area. The hike to the top of Cerro San Antonio is about 10 minutes and offers stunning views of the area.

From the Punta del Este bus terminal, take the local bus service headed towards 'La Barra.' Inform the driver that you want to get off at Cerro San Antonio. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive, follow the signs for the trail leading to the summit. The trail is well-marked and will take approximately 10 minutes to walk to the top.
