From the main bus terminal in Punta del Este, take a local bus heading towards 'La Barra' or 'José Ignacio'. Make sure to ask the driver if they stop near Museo Ralli. The bus will travel along Av. Gorlero, passing several tourist areas. Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Av. del Mar and Los Arrayanes. From there, walk about 10 minutes along Los Arrayanes street until you see the entrance to Museo Ralli on your left.

If you are near the Punta del Este Península or Playa Brava, head towards Av. Gorlero and walk along it until you reach Av. del Mar. Turn left on Av. del Mar and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Los Arrayanes. Turn right onto Los Arrayanes and walk straight for about 15-20 minutes. The museum will be on your left side.
