Car
From Rocha city, take Route 9 (Ruta 9) towards Punta del Diablo. The drive will take approximately 1 hour. Once you reach Punta del Diablo, follow the signs to the beach. When you get to the town, turn onto Calle del Sol and continue straight until you reach Grande Beach. There is usually free parking available near the beach.

Public Transportation
You can take a bus from Rocha to Punta del Diablo. Buses depart regularly from the main bus terminal in Rocha. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 200 Uruguayan Pesos (UYU). Once you arrive at the Punta del Diablo bus terminal, you can walk to Grande Beach which is approximately a 20-minute walk. Head east on Calle del Sol until you reach the beach.
