If you're driving from the center of Rocha, head south on Avenida 18 de Julio. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on Avenida 18 de Julio. After approximately 500 meters, turn left onto Calle José Pedro Varela. Continue for another 600 meters, and you will see Plaza Las Palmas on your right, located at GMH7+3JW.
