From Salto Grande Dam, head southwest on Route 3 towards the city of Rocha. After approximately 60 km, take the exit onto Route 9 towards La Paloma. Continue on Route 9 for about 60 km until you reach the intersection with Route 303. Turn left onto Route 303 and continue for about 9 km. The Fortress of Santa Teresa will be on your left. There is parking available at the fortress.
