From Rocha city center, head southeast on Route 9 (Ruta 9) for about 30 kilometers. Follow the signs for Punta del Diablo. After approximately 20 kilometers, take the exit towards Route 14 (Ruta 14) and continue for another 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Camino De Ingreso. Turn left onto Camino De Ingreso, and after about 3 kilometers, you will arrive at Cabalgatas Valiceras, located on your right.

From Rocha, take a bus heading to Punta del Diablo. The bus company 'COT' operates this route. The journey takes about 45 minutes and costs around 200 Uruguayan Pesos (UYU). Once you arrive at Punta del Diablo, you can either take a taxi to Cabalgatas Valiceras, which is approximately 10 kilometers away, or you can walk along the beach path towards Barra de Valizas, which takes about 1.5 hours. The scenic walk is quite beautiful along the coastline.
