If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Sierra de Minas. Head east on Route 8 (Ruta 8) and follow the signs toward Minas. After about 10 kilometers, take the exit for Route 60 (Ruta 60) towards Minas. Continue on Ruta 60 for approximately 5 kilometers, and you will see signs directing you to the Monumento al General Artigas. The monument is located at JQFM+XC4, which is just off Route 60. There is no parking fee at the monument.

The taxi fare from the bus station to the monument is typically around 200-300 Uruguayan Pesos.
