From the Island in the Sky Visitor Center in Canyonlands National Park, head southeast on the Island in the Sky Road (UT-313) for approximately 23 miles until you reach the junction with US-191. Turn left (north) onto US-191 and continue for about 8 miles. Look for the sign for Mill Creek Road, which will be on your right. Turn right onto Mill Creek Road and drive for about 3 miles until you reach the parking area for the Mill Creek Waterfall trailhead.
