From Arches National Park, head south on the Arches Scenic Drive until you reach the entrance of the park. Continue to the Park Avenue intersection and then exit the park. Turn left onto UT-191 S. Follow UT-191 S for approximately 12 miles until you reach the junction with UT-313. Turn right onto UT-313 and follow it for about 10 miles. Dead Horse Point State Park will be on your left. There is an entrance fee of $20 per vehicle, valid for 3 days.
