Car
If you're driving from the Arches National Park Visitor Center, head northeast on US-191 for about 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Arches Entrance Road (also known as Park Avenue) and continue for approximately 4.5 miles until you reach the parking area for Skyline Arch Trail. The trailhead is well-marked and located on the left side of the road. Note that there is an entrance fee for Arches National Park, which is $30 per vehicle for a 7-day pass.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are limited public transportation options directly to Arches National Park. However, if you're in Moab, you can use local shuttle services or tour operators that provide transportation to the park. Ensure to check their schedules and book in advance. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to use the park's shuttle system (if available during your visit) or walk to the Skyline Arch Trailhead from the Visitor Center, which is around 2.5 miles away. Be sure to account for additional transportation costs.
Hiking
From the Skyline Arch Trail parking lot, the trailhead is easily accessible. The hike to Skyline Arch is about 1.2 miles round trip and is rated as easy to moderate. The trail is well-marked, and offers stunning views along the way. Be sure to bring plenty of water and wear appropriate footwear for hiking.
